Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) is a bitter-tasting fungus. Our Ling Zhi 灵芝 mushrooms are grown in the Fu Jian province in China - their original source.

Raw Reishi mushrooms are harvested, dried and then sliced into long pieces. 

Typically referred to as the Mushroom of Immortality. 

They can be used in a number of culinary dishes and teas.
