A simple but delicious salad, here's my take on a Green Mung Bean masterclass recipe...

Ingredients
1 cup of poached chicken breast

2 cups of green mung beans
2 cups clear noodles
1 cup kale
1/2 cup chopped asparagus
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp chili oil
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp black vinegar
Directions
Slice the poached chicken breast into small chunks
Mix together the black vinegar, honey, salt and chili oil in a bowl
Add in the vegetables and green mung beans into the bowl and mix well
Drizzle any salad dressing of your choice on top, and mix once again
Serve and enjoy!
