Refreshing: Brewed as a light tea, lotus leaf gives a clean, faintly grassy infusion that is often enjoyed chilled.

Recommended Dosage

We recommend around 5g per portion.

For tea, steep the shredded leaf in hot water for five to ten minutes, then strain. It can be drunk warm or left to cool. The shredded form also works stirred into broths, or scattered into a steamer basket beneath rice or fish to pick up its aroma.

Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
