Cranberry & Long Yan Rou Smoothie Bowl
A very sweet smoothie bowl, the mix of these berries works together to create this delicious smoothie bowl you've got to try!
110g fresh kale
200ml Greek yoghurt
50g dried longan fruit
Blend the kale, Greek yoghurt until smooth.
Next, add the 2 bananas, 100g cranberries, oranges and then blend again until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
Top with 1 sliced banana and long yan rou fruit.
Serve and enjoy!
Top Tip:Longan fruit is extremely sweet so I'd suggest being careful when popping these into your smoothie. I feel it works best with cranberries and it is the perfect balance of sweet and sour (in moderation)!
