Ingredients
50g popping corn

20g goji berries

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
Handful of salt
Dash of maple syrup
Directions
Grind down the cinnamon bark into powdered form.
Melt 1 tbsp coconut oil on a medium-high heat.
Once melted, stir in 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp grounded cinnamon, 1/2 tsp vanilla powder, handful of salt and a dash of maple syrup until the mixture combines.
Add 50g of popping corn to the saucepan and shake until fully coated in the mixture. Place a lid with a hole on top to let the corn pop.
Once the popping starts, gently shake the pan over the heat. Leave until the popping completely stops, then remove the pan from the heat.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and sprinkle with 20g of goji berries.
Serve and enjoy!
