Transport yourself to a stunny white sandy beach near you, this Goji Berry Daiquiri screams Summer vibes...
Ingredients

1 handful of dried Goji Berries
6 cups of ice
4 tbsp white sugar
1 lime
1 lemon
3/4 cup of rum
1/4 cup lemon & lime flavoured carbonated drink
10 cups of tap water (to boil)
Blender
Slice of watermelon (garnish)
Directions
Boil the 10 cups of water in a pan, and soak the Goji Berries until re-hydrated (around 5 minutes).
Once re-hydrated, drain the Goji Berries and place in a separate bowl to allow cooling.
In your blender, add the ice, sugar and cooled Goji Berries.
Slice the lemon and lime in half, then squeeze the juice of each half into the blender.
Add in the rum and lemon & lime soda, then blend until smooth.
Once blended, pour into a glass.
Add the slice of watermelon to garnish the top.
Serve and enjoy (hopefully on a sunbed)!
