Bringing those Mediterranean feels to your weekend, this Jujube Sangria is a juicy combination of sweet-treat flavours...
Ingredients

1 cup of dried jujube dates (non pitted)
1/8 cup of water
1/8 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of fresh chopped mint (some for garnish)
1/2 cup red grapefruit juice
1/8 bottle Moscato
Sliced grapefruit
Sliced apple (for garnish)

Directions
Blend the non-pitted jujube dates together until smooth.
Heat the water, sugar and half of the chopped mint in a pan over a medium heat, then bring to the boil.
Once boiled, reduce to simmer whilst stirring throughout.
Once simmered (around 5 minutes), put to one side to cool.
In the shaker, combine this cooled ingredients above with the red grapefruit juice and moscato, then stir to combine.
Add the sliced grapefruit slices into a pitcher.
Pour the mixture into the pitcher and chill for around 2 hours.
Garnish with the sliced apple once ready to drink.
Serve and enjoy!
