Papaya & Blood Orange Margarita
Combining two native Mexican creations with a zest blood orange to compliment, this sweet and sour delight is definitely a party starter!
1 cup of dried papaya
1 blood orange (or naval orange)
15ml simple syrup
Blend the dried papaya together until smooth.
Bring all other ingredients together in the shaker, and mix well.
Combine the smooth papaya with the other ingredients and shake for a further 15 seconds.
Slice the blood orange in half and use to garnish your drink.
Serve and enjoy!
