Dried Prepared Chinese Foxglove Root 熟地黄 (Shu Di Huang) is steamed and dried in the sun. These are predominantly found in two main Chinese provinces, Henan and Zhejiang. Shu Di Huang is typically plucked in late autumn and has a bright, black, soft, moist texture with a strong sweet flavour.
